I found the hotel to have some great perks, but also some areas that definitely need improvement. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which was a plus. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a variety of choices that made my mornings enjoyable. However, the hot tub situation was quite disappointing, and I missed out on breakfast due to the early cut-off time. Overall, while I appreciated the cleanliness and breakfast, the lack of a discount for GVSU families and the issues with the hot tub weigh heavily on my overall experience.

We had a great time at the hotel during my son's baseball tournament. The staff really went above and beyond to help us with our impromptu pizza party and the little touches like the fruit-infused water and cookies were appreciated. The only downsides were the loud air conditioning and the inconsistent Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few minor issues.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel while visiting Grand Rapids for a family wedding. The rooms were impressively clean and spacious, and the staff provided excellent hospitality throughout my visit.
